Shape

The Earth's shape is very close to an oblate spheroid, although the precise shape varies from this by up to 100 meters. The average diameter of the reference spheroid is approximately 12,742 km. The rotation of the Earth causes the equator to bulge out slightly so that the equatorial diameter is 43 km larger than the pole to pole diameter. The largest local deviations in the rocky surface of the Earth are Mount Everest and the Mariana Trench. Hence compared to a perfect ellipsoid, the Earth has a tolerance of about one part in about 584, or 0.17%. For comparison, this is less than the 0.22% tolerance allowed in billiard balls. Because of the bulge, the feature farthest from the center of the Earth is actually Mount Chimborazo in Ecuador.

Types of galaxy’s

Galaxies come in three main types: elliptical, spirals, and irregulars. A slightly more extensive description of galaxy types based on their look is given by the Hubble sequence. Since the Hubble sequence is completely based upon visual morphological type, it may miss certain significant individuality of galaxies such as star formation rate or activity in the core.
Our own galaxy, the Milky Way, occasionally simply called the Galaxy, is a large disk-shaped barred spiral galaxy about 30 kilo parsecs or a hundred light millennia in diameter and three light millennia in thickness. It contains about 3×1011 stars and has a whole mass of about 6×1011 times the mass of Sol.
In spiral galaxies, the spiral arms have the contour of approximate logarithmic spirals, a pattern that can be notionally shown to result from a disturbance in a uniformly rotating mass of stars. Like the stars, the spiral arms also revolve around the center, but they do so with steady angular velocity. That means that stars pass in and out of spiral arms. The spiral arms are consideration to be areas of high density or density waves. As stars move into an arm, they slow down, thus creating a higher density; this is akin to a "wave" of slowdowns moving along a highway full of moving cars. The arms are noticeable because the high density facilitates star formation and they therefore port many bright and young stars.
Despite the fame of large elliptical and spiral galaxies, most galaxies in the universe appear to be dwarf galaxies. These tiny galaxies are about one hundred times smaller than the Milky Way, holding only a few billion stars. Many dwarf galaxies may orbit a single larger galaxy; the Milky Way has at least a dozen such satellites. Dwarf galaxies may also be classified as elliptical, spiral or uneven. Since small dwarf ellipticals bear little resemblance to large ellipticals, they are often called dwarf spheroidal galaxies instead.

Romanticism

Romanticism was an creative and intellectual movement that originated in late 18th century Western Europe. In part a rebellion against aristocratic social and political norms of the Enlightenment period and a reaction alongside the rationalization of nature. In art and literature it stressed strapping emotion as a source of aesthetic experience, placing a new emphasis on such emotions as anxiety, horror, and the awe knowledge in confronting the sublimity of environment. It elevated folk art, language and custom, as well as arguing for a epistemology foundation on usage and custom. It was influenced by ideas of the Enlightenment, chiefly evolution and uniformitarian’s, which argued that "the past is the key to the present." It elevated medievalism and basics of art and narrative apparent to be from the medieval period. The name "romantic" itself approaches from the term "romance" which is a prose or poetic heroic story originating in the medieval.
The ideologies and events of the French rebellion are thought to have influenced the movement. Romanticism eminent the achievements of what it perceived as misunderstood heroic individuals and performers that altered society, and legitimized the individual imagination as a critical power which permitted freedom from classical notions of form in art. There was a burly recourse to historical and natural inevitability in the image of its ideas.

CYCLONE

a cyclone is the rotation of a volume of air around an area of low atmospheric pressure. This rotation is clockwise in the southern hemisphere, and

counter-clockwise in the northern hemisphere. Cyclones are responsible for a wide variety of different meteorological phenomena such as tropical cyclones

and tornadoes. Because of this, most weather forecasters avoid using the term cyclone without a qualifying term.

The center of a cyclone is a low-pressure region. Near the center of the cyclone the pressure gradient force, from high- to low-pressure regions, and the

Coriolis force must be in an approximate balance. The wind flow around a large cyclone is counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere, and clockwise in

the southern hemisphere, due to the Coriolis effect. Large anticyclonic storms are extremely rare on Earth, though Jupiter's Great Red Spot storm is

anticyclonic.

On satellite imagery, a polar low appears very similar to a hurricane, with an eye and convective bands wrapping around the center. Research aircraft data

suggests that these "arctic hurricanes" may be warm-core systems. Lack of weather data makes forecasting of polar lows difficult. Most predictions in this

area are more subjective than the prediction of tropical cyclones.
